insert DXF DWG files

We cans insert DXF DWG files directly into SolidWorks drawings to the Insert menu.

Activate the menu items DXF / DWG Import Wizard dialog box, with simple options to help us enter DWG files.

When We enter a DXF or DWG files into SolidWorks drawing,

solidwork earnest ask us to select the plane or face to sketch if We do not specify this.

For example, We Can insert the DXF file as a sketch to

in a SolidWorks part document, then use the sketch to modify the section.

To insert a DXF or DWG files into SolidWorks part document:

1. Open the SolidWorks document Nowhere We Want to enter a  DWG. file.

2. Select palne face or on the Parts You Want to attach pictures.
