Solidwork : Creating revolve
In Solidwork, we can create a revolved boss / bases, revolved cuts, or revolved surfaces,
by using the features already provided by Solidwork.
This feature can revolve in the form of a solid, thin features, or surface.
To create a feature revolved boss / bases, we can use some guidance.
Sketches for revolved solid feature can contain several profiles intersect.
By selecting the pointer Contour (Contour is available when we click the option in PropertyManager)
We can choose one or more sketches to create a revolve.
Sketch for the feature ranges from thin or surface can use some well-cut profile of the open or closed.
Profiles can not be cut off centerline, and will cause the solid product will not be formed.
If the sketch contains more than one, select that we want to use the centerline as the axis of revolution.
To revolved revolved surfaces and thin, the sketch can not be truncated at the centerline, solid product will not be formed.
