Wrap Solidworks Feature

Featured in this wrap Solidworks sketch to a planar face or non-planar.

We can create a planar face of the cylinder, cone model, or extruded.

We can also choose to add some planar profiles, sketches of a closed spline.

This feature supports the selection of contour wrap and reuse sketches.

Sketch plane must intersect with the face, so that the face normal and the normal sketch to parallel at the closest point.

To make the wrap feature:

Select the sketch of the tree we want to wrap FeatureManager design.

Sketches for the wrap can contain multiple, closed contours only.

We can not make the wrap feature from a sketch that contains any contour open.

Wrap Click on the toolbar feature, or click Insert, Features, Wrap.

If we choose Emboss or Deboss, we can choose the path, linear edge, or plane to establish the direction of Tarik.

To line or linear edges, the direction of pull is the direction of the selected entities.

For plane, the direction of pull is normal to the plane.

To wrap sketch sketch normal to the plane, leave it blank Pull Direction.

Click OK.
